Embargoed: 0700hrs 27 June 2005 CLS HOLDINGS PLC ("CLS") ANNOUNCES TWO NEW LETTINGS AT INGRAM HOUSE, JOHN ADAM STREET, WC2 The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that the offices at Ingram House, 13/15John Adam Street are once again fully let following extensive refurbishment.The ground floor, extending to 168 sq m (1,805 sq ft) has been let to SpayneLindsay and Co. LLP for a term of five years at ‚£54,150 per annum (‚£322 per sqm/‚£30 per sq ft).
