Circle reveals landmark bid partnership with Capita
Circle Partnership has announced a landmark partnership with Capita, the UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support services.
The agreement will allow the businesses to combine their respective strengths to provide compelling propositions when bidding for health sector contracts. The two parties will work together in delivering clinical solutions and the associated back office administration and customer services.
Steve Melton, CEO of Circle Partnership, said: "Our joint partnership combines Circle's unique clinical expertise with Capita's world-class business transformation capabilities, to strip out bureaucracy and deliver real improvements in patient care.
"Capita and Circle both value innovation and we have proven track-records in delivery - this strategic partnership is a strong cultural fit and it will provide a great platform for growth in this significant market."
Andy Parker, deputy chief executive and joint COO of Capita plc, said: "Public health services will continue to experience increasing demands, driven both by demographic changes, including an ageing population and increasing patient expectations. Capita has a history of achieving customer-focused transformational change across the public and private sector. Working with Circle, which has a similar pedigree in the clinical space, will allow us to deliver a genuine end to end solution to the NHS, one that will maintain and improve quality standards, at the same time as driving down costs."
