Rolls-Royce today announces that the engine controls joint venture that was signed with Goodrich Corporation and announced on Monday 22 December 2008 was completed on Wednesday 31 December 2008.

The joint venture, Aero Engine Controls, began trading on Thursday 1 January 2009.
