Appointment of Joint Corporate Brokers and Joint Financial Advisers

Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus" or "the Group", LSE: MCRO.L), the Enterprise Application Modernisation and Testing software company, announces the appointment of Numis Securities Limited as Joint Corporate Brokers and Joint Financial Advisers to the Company. Numis Securities Limited will work alongside the Group's existing Corporate Brokers and Financial Advisers, UBS Limited.
