Re. Issue of Equity
On 7th October 2008, the Company announced that it had completed a placing of 5,107,853 new ordinary shares raising £1,021,570 at 20 pence a share. Of that sum it had received £924,214 with the balance to be paid by 25 December 2008.
As at today's date the Company has not received the balance funds. The Company is considering its options in respect of the defaulting placees and a further announcement will be made in due course.
