The Company holds 24,293,899Ordinary Shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights. Therefore, thetotal number of voting rights in the Company is 752,515,520. The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under theTransparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the InterimTransparency Rules of the Financial Regulator.
