Associated British Foods PLC09 January 2008 Associated British Foods plc Statement re: IMS and reporting timetable 2008 Associated British Foods plc will issue its first interim management statementin accordance with the requirements of the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure andTransparency rules, on Thursday 17 January 2008. The period covered by thisstatement will be the 16 weeks to 5 January 2008. The Company will announce its interim results for the 24 weeks ending 1 March2008 on 22 April 2008. The pre-close trading update will be issued on 25February 2008. The second interim management statement covering the 40 weeksto 21 June will be released on 10 July 2008. Preliminary results for the yearending 13 September 2008 will be announced on 4 November 2008, with a pre-closetrading update issued on 8 September 2008.
