DSG International PLC23 February 2007 PR25/07 23 February 2007 DSG INTERNATIONAL PLC PROPOSED CHANGES TO FRENCH OPERATIONS DSG international announces today that it has begun a consultation process forthe reorganisation of its operations in France. Promotional restrictions and thecompetitive property market make it increasingly difficult to achieve scale, interms of store numbers, and brand awareness. Consequently, to eliminatesignificant on-going losses in PC City France, the consultation process includesconsideration to close the 11 PC City stores and to focus the sale of computingproducts in France through the Group's e-commerce division.
