SIGNIFICANT EVENT
The Board of Directors of Endesa, S.A. has, upon a proposal received from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, agreed to re-elect and appoint the following persons to the Executive Committee attached to the Board of Directors: Borja Prado Eulate, Alejandro Echevarría Busquet and Ignacio Garralda Ruíz de Velasco.
Accordingly, membership of the Executive Committee attached to the Board of Directors of Endesa, S.A. is currently as follows:
