Aukett Group PLC27 June 2005 AUKETT GROUP PLC RE DIRECTORATE Aukett Group Plc, the international group of architects, designers andengineers, announces that, following the merger with Fitzroy Robinson in April,Jose Luis Ripoll, currently Executive Chairman, will become non-ExecutiveChairman of the enlarged Group with effect from 1 July 2005. Mr Ripoll, aged 39, joined Aukett as Executive Chairman in 2004. He became aSpanish registered architect in 1990, training at the Madrid School ofArchitecture, and worked in the US and Europe before establishing thearchitectural practice "Imagina" in Madrid in 1992. He remains the third largestshareholder on the Board of the enlarged Company.
