Directorate Appointment of Graham Zacharias as Non-executive Director UMECO plc, the leading international provider of value-added services andcomposite materials to the aerospace, defence and other industries, announcesthe appointment of Mr Graham Zacharias as a Non-executive Director withimmediate effect. Mr Zacharias was, from 1995 to 2004, Group Finance Director of Spectris plc(formerly Fairey Group plc), the instrumentation and controls group. From 1992to 1995 he was Finance Director of BTR Industries' Aerospace Group. He waspreviously Group Managing Director of Boustedco Singapore Ltd, the Asian-basedconglomerate.
