Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or the "Company")
Directorate
Shane Sadleir, who joined Scotgold in 2007 and served as Chairman of the Company between 2007 and 2008, has resigned as a non-executive Director.
John Bentley, Chairman of Scotgold, commented:
"Shane has made an important contribution to the Company and was instrumental in its listing on the ASX in 2007. I thank him on behalf of other Board members and shareholders for the expertise he has brought to his role with the Company."
