Rotala PLC27 February 2007 ROTALA PLC NEW CONTRACTS The board of Rotala plc ("Rotala" and the "Company") is pleased to announce thatover the course of last week and this week the main operating subsidiaries ofRotala, Flights Hallmark Limited and Zak's Bus and Coach Services Limited ("Zaks") have been awarded a total of thirteen new contracts across a widevariety of routes. On an annualised basis, these new contracts will generate,in aggregate, revenues of some £2,710,000. We are particularly pleased to have been awarded prestigious Park and Ridecontracts in the Bristol area by Bristol City Council and Park and Ride Ltd (anNCP subsidiary), which run for five years. In the West Midlands our localauthority transport body, Centro, has also awarded us a number of new contracts,which vary from one to three years in duration. Other notable awards includethose from Worcestershire County Council, Aston Villa FC and The Green Bus. These awards mark a significant step forward for Rotala in building itsoperations organically in addition to growing by acquisition. The breadth anddepth of these new routes underlines the Company's commitment to increase itsturnover and to become a significant force in transport operations in its chosenlocations. These awards are comfortably in excess of our 2007 annual budgetedtargets for such new routes. The activities of our recent bus acquisitions, Zaks and Birmingham MotorTraction, have been moved to our freehold site at Long Acre, Birmingham.Integration has gone well and we are planning to enhance further our busoperations in the West Midlands by building on this excellent platform.
