The original was an announcement from Midas Homes regarding the contract and has been replaced with the Galliford Try announcement. 15 May 2006 GALLIFORD TRY IS APPOINTED TO REGENERATE CAMBORNE Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, is pleased toannounce that Midas Homes, its south west housebuilding business, has beenselected by English Partnerships and CPR Regeneration, Cornwall's urbanregeneration company, as its preferred development partner for the Dolcoath areaof Camborne in Cornwall. The scheme, on 17 acre former industrial site, will provide 390 new homes, ofwhich 25% will be affordable and a further 15% reserved for first time buyers.The scheme will also incorporate light industrial and office space with work onsite expected to commence in the summer of 2007.
