Spice Holdings PLC17 May 2006 17th May 2006 Spice Holdings plc Contract win The Board of Spice Holdings plc ('Spice' or the 'Company') is pleased toannounce that its Facilities Division has been selected to provide propertymaintenance management services to Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain)Limited ("KFC"). Within the contract, Serviceline will provide a comprehensive facilitiesmanagement service to almost 300 of KFC's managed stores, with the ability topass work to its sister company Circle Britannia where the capability exists.The balance of works will be sub-contracted to other suppliers. This framework contract is for three years with total spend managed on behalf ofKFC estimated to be £7 million per annum with an estimated turnover value toSpice of £2.5 million per annum. The estimated value to Spice of £2.5 million includes Serviceline's management fee and also the anticipated value of spendreferred from Serviceline to Circle Britannia. The contract is similar to Spice's existing comprehensive facilities managementservices contract with Starbucks and represents another significant organicgrowth development in the Commercial and Retail sectors.
