Ellipta selects Innovation Group to support its new property claims system
The Innovation Group plc ('Innovation Group') (LSE: TIG.L), is pleased to announce an important contract with Ellipta Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of engineering and surveying consultancy. Over a twelve months period, Innovation Group and their Canadian partner, Symbility, will integrate their own end-to-end claims management software, Innovation Symbility with Ellipta's new 'ClaimSpec' property damage solution. 'ClaimSpec' has been developed over the past two years to totally re-engineer the whole claims process, and will provide insurers with a quicker, more efficient and cost effective way of dealing with property claims.
In conjunction with the Innovation Symbility technology platform , Ellipta's 'ClaimSpec' supports insurers and loss adjusters with an accurate and streamlined way of managing property claims from notification through to satisfactory completion, reducing the claims cycle and ensuring operational efficiency. To increase transparency and enhance customer experience, a web portal enables all participants of any claim to view its progress.
Using touch-screen tablet PCs, 'ClaimSpec' will allow engineers and surveyors, to visit a property, assess the damage and provide an accurate claim cost, in a fraction of the time currently experienced. Wireless synchronisation, in-built rate books and easy to use floor plans significantly reduce the overall time of the claims process, ensuring that claims are dealt with accurately and as timely as possible.
The Innovation Symbility modules which Ellipta will be utilising are:
Symbility.net - a data management hub that records and tracks all claims data, including supplier information, deployments and reporting on claims and customer effectiveness.
Mobile Claims - fully joined up mobile claims management that syncs with back office information providing real time sharing of case information, eliminating replicated data and reducing errors.
