Ryanair Holdings PLC16 June 2005 15 June 2005 BROCHURE OF PARTICULARS Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK ListingAuthority for 8,089,365 Ordinary Shares of Nominal Value €0.0127 each in thecapital of Ryanair Holdings plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange andapplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to beadmitted to trading. These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise ofshare options in accordance with the Company's 1998 Share Option Plan. A blocklisting application has also been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and tothe UK Listing Authority for 2,402,477 Ordinary Shares of Nominal Value €0.0127each in the capital of Ryanair Holdings plc, to be admitted to the Official Listof the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchangeand application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares tobe admitted to trading.
