Appointment of Non-Executive Director

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13 (3), Cambian Group plc ("Cambian") reports that Donald Muir was a director until September 2014 of The Premier Property Group Limited, which was wound up after a solvent liquidation in February 2015 and was a director of Titanium Global Solutions Limited, which entered into a members' voluntary liquidation in November 2014.

There is no other information to disclose relating to Donald Muir under Rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in addition to the current and previous directorships listed above.
