re appointment of Mr. Tomczuk as Vice President

01.08.2017 - Report 48/2017: Change of the appointment date of Mr. Marek Tomczuk as Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

In reference to report of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") no. 47/2017 of 7th July 2017, the Management Board of the Bank informs that on 1st August 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Bank, in connection with appointment of Mr. Marek Tomczuk as Vice President of the Management Board of the Bank in accordance with the Resolution no. 67/17 of the Supervisory Board of the Bank dated 7th July 2017, decided that appointment of Mr. Marek Tomczuk as Vice President of the Management Board of the Bank will be effective on 21st August 2017.

According to the submitted statement Vice President of the Management Board of the Bank, Mr. Marek Tomczuk starting from 21st August 2017 will not conduct any activity competitive to the Bank.
