McInerney Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Donal Roche asa non executive Director to its Board with immediate effect. Mr Roche (51) a qualified solicitor from TCD, is currently Chairman of AppianWealth Management Ltd. From 1995 to 2003, he was Managing Partner of MathesonOrmsby Prentice solicitors where he also held the position of Head of theCommercial and Corporate Finance Group. Mr Roche is a Board Member of Eircom Group plc since 1994 and his othernon-executive directorships include Newcourt Capital Limited, Pepsico (Ireland)Limited, Kappa Consultants Limited and a number of other private companies. MrRoche is also a member of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
