Galliford Try PLC22 November 2007 GALLIFORD TRY ACHIEVES FINANCIAL CLOSE ON £32 MILLION PPP PROJECT Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, today announcesthat it has achieved financial close on the £32 million Public PrivatePartnership (PPP) contract for NHS Fife to build and operate a new state of theart Community Hospital and Health Centre in St Andrews, Fife. MorrisonConstruction, part of Galliford Try's building division, will carry out theconstruction, and Morrison Facilities Services the post construction services.Galliford Try Investments holds 100% of the equity investment and will carry outthe project management. The hospital and health centre will facilitate integration of services includingGP Practices, In-Patient, Out-Patient, Dental and Social Work services. Construction will commence in December 2007 and is expected to complete in June2009.
