Medical Solutions PLC24 June 2005 Medical Solutions plc ("Medical Solutions") Medical Solutions Announces Extension of Liquid Based Cytology ("LBC") Distribution Agreement with TriPath Imaging Medical Solutions, the provider of pathology-based products and services to thehealthcare and pharmaceuticals sector, announces that it has entered into a newexclusive distribution agreement which extends its existing relationship withTriPath Imaging, Inc. ("TriPath Imaging"). Medical Solutions will continue asTriPath Imaging's exclusive distributor of PrepStainTM Slide Processor systems,SurePath(R) Test Pack reagents and consumables and the FocalPointTM GS ImagingSystem in the UK and Ireland. The agreement is valid until 31 December 2008, extending the previous agreementby 3 years. Medical Solutions plc is also the exclusive distributor of thesereagents and products in Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United ArabEmirates.
