Works Media Group (The) PLC22 March 2006 The Works Media Group Plc ("WMG" or the "Company") Re: Agreement WMG signs UK output deal with Universal The Works Media Group Plc announces today that the Company has signed anexclusive home entertainment output deal with Universal Pictures UK Limited. Under the deal, Universal Pictures will release titles acquired by the Works'subsidiary, The Works UK Distribution Limited, on video and DVD. The Works UKwill continue to be responsible for theatrical exhibition. One of the first titles that will be released by Universal under the deal is thehighly anticipated thriller "Three", staring Kelly Brook and Billy Zane, whichwill open nationwide in UK cinemas on 5 May 2006 . Chris Auty, managing director of The Works Media Group Plc, commented: "Universal Pictures UK has the highest DVD market share in the UK and a teamwith unparalled experience, making them an ideal partner for the quality drivencommercial slate of films we have in the pipeline, with which we hope to matchour previous successes such as 'Bend It Like Beckham' ".
