19 July 2006 Medical Solutions plc ("Medical Solutions") Medical Solutions announces extension of Liquid Based Cytology ("LBC") distribution agreement with TriPath Imaging Inc. Medical Solutions, the provider of pathology-based products and services to thehealthcare and pharmaceuticals sector, announces that it has signed anextension to its exclusive distribution agreement with TriPath Imaging Inc.("TriPath"). Medical Solutions will continue as TriPath's exclusive distributorof PrepStain‚® slide processor systems, SurePath‚® reagents and consumables andthe FocalPoint GS System in the UK and Ireland.The agreement is valid until 31 December 2010, extending the previous agreementby a further 2 years.
