ABF announces clearance by EU Commission of proposed acquisition of Azucarera Ebro
Associated British Foods plc ("ABF"), the international food, ingredients and retail group, has today confirmed that the European Commission has decided not to oppose the proposed acquisition by ABF of Azucarera Ebro S.L. and declares it would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area.
