Stockdue 2027 (the "Stock") that, at the Meeting of such Stockholders held at theoffices of Linklaters, One Silk Street, London, EC2Y 8HQ on 27 April 2006 at3.00 p.m. (London time), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice ofMeeting previously notified to the Stockholders in accordance with the terms ofthe Trust Deed for such Stock was duly passed.
