Moody's Rating Upgrade of PNC Investments LLC (PNCI)'s Corporate Family Rating and Affirmation of Sukuk Rating

Moody's Ratings, via its Press Release dated 22nd April 2025, has upgraded the Corporate Family Rating of PNCI to Ba2/stable from Ba3/Stable. Further, it has affirmed the Ba2/stable rating of Sukuk issued by Sobha Sukuk Limited (Sobha Sukuk Limited Trust Certificates 2028; NASDAQ Dubai: SOBHA0728USD; ISIN: XS2633136234).
