Quarterly Operational Update

The board of Golden Saint (LON: GSR) would like to make the following operational update to the market:

During the month of June 2015, the bulk sampling programs in Baja and Tongo have recovered the following diamonds:

1. One 2.25 carat white diamond

2. One 2.62 carat white diamond

3. One 4.41 carat diamond

4. One 3.12 carat white diamond 

5. Eighty-nine carats of small diamonds under 0.5 carat

Golden Saint's newly appointed Technical Consultants, Rock Forage, are due to conduct their first site visit in early August 2015. With recommendations and guidance made by Rock Forage, the in-house Golden Saint technical team will be in a stronger position to further progress the Company's exploration and bulk sampling activities and in particular, it is the Company's intention to work more aggressively on the 38 Priority 1 targets identified in the Airborne Magnetic Survey; the interpretation of which was completed in March 2014.

The Diamond Club event hosted on 25 June 2015, after the AGM in Perth, Western Australia, generated approximately A$32,600 in confirmed sales with several enquires still pending. The event was extremely well attended. The interest shown among Australian Shareholders and invited guests was encouraging.  Golden Saint works constantly to increase its inventories in order to host these events on a regular basis.

Cyril D'Silva, Executive Chairman commented:  "Sales of Golden Saint's diamonds at the Diamond Club is now generating revenue for Golden Saint and I believe it is an exceptional way to promote the Company. The Board is confident that if the Company hosts these events on a regular basis and in different locations, the circle of interest in the Company's growing inventory of diamonds will be widened."
