Notification to a Regulatory Information ServiceQuarterly Disclosure of 10 Largest Investments/Investments with a Value Greaterthan 5% of Gross AssetsIn accordance with revisions to the Listing Rules for investment companies andinvestment trusts which are effective as from 1 November 2003, CandoverInvestments plc (the "Group") intends to provide details of the 10 largestinvestments and all investments with a value greater than 5% by value of thegross assets of the Group in respect of the quarters ending 31 December, 31March, 30 June and 30 September.The disclosure will be made using the valuations and consolidated gross assetsfrom the most recent set of audited annual accounts or reviewed interimaccounts (31 December and 30 June respectively), with adjustments made inrespect of the cost of investments made and realisations since those dates.On the above basis, as at 31 March 2005 (based on 31 December 2004 valuations)the following investments have a value greater than 5% of the gross assets ofthe Group or are its 10 largest investments:Springer Science + Business Media S.A.Thule ABSwissport (SWT (Lux) S.A.)Gala Group LimitedALcontrol Group Holdings LimitedBureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing BVInnovia Films LimitedCiclad 3Acertec Holdings LimitedAspen Insurance Holdings LimitedENDCANDOVER INVESTMENTS PLCRelated Shares:
