Notification to a Regulatory Information ServiceQuarterly Disclosure of 10 Largest Investments/Investments with a Value Greaterthan 5% of Gross AssetsIn accordance with revisions to the Listing Rules for investment companies andinvestment trusts which took effect from 1 November 2003, Candover Investmentsplc (the "Group") provides details of the 10 largest investments and allinvestments with a value greater than 5% by value of the gross assets of theGroup in respect of the quarters ending 31 December, 31 March, 30 June and 30September.The disclosure will be made using the valuations and consolidated gross assetsfrom the most recent set of audited annual accounts or reviewed interimaccounts (31 December and 30 June respectively), with adjustments made inrespect of the cost of investments made and realisations since those dates.On the above basis, as at 31 March 2006 (based on 31 December 2005 valuations)the following investments have a value greater than 5% of the gross assets ofthe Group or are its 10 largest investments:Gala Group LimitedSpringer Science + Business Media S.A.United Pan-European Communications Norge AS (UPC Norway)Thule ABALcontrol Group Holdings LimitedVetco International LimitedBureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing BVInnovia Films LimitedDakota, Minnesota and Eastern RailroadAspen Insurance Holdings LimitedENDCANDOVER INVESTMENTS PLCRelated Shares:
