Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the Quarter Ended 31st December, 2008
Sub: Payment of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2008-09
Please find enclosed a copy of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2008, as approved by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held today i.e. 28th January, 2009.
The Board of Directors of the Company in the said meeting has also approved payment of interim dividend @40% (Rs. 4 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2008-09. The said interim dividend shall be payable with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Monday, the 2nd February, 2009 fixed for the said purpose.
