LSE Remains Sole Listing; Access to OTCQX under Rule 12g3-2(b)

PensionBee will continue to trade primarily on the London Stock Exchange (LON: PBEE). The OTCQX trading facility will operate alongside this primary listing to enhance international investor access and support improved, cost-effective trading convenience. Admission to the OTCQX is reserved for companies that meet strong financial criteria and follow recognised corporate governance best practices, including high standards of disclosure and governance consistent with the Company's obligations as an LSE-listed issuer.
