(NYSE:VZ) todaydeclared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per outstanding share, unchanged fromthe previous quarter. The dividend is payable on Feb. 1, 2008, to VerizonCommunications shareowners of record at the close of business on Jan. 10, 2008.
