Q3 2021 Dividend Exchange Rate
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC), announced on 28 October 2021 a dividend in respect of the third quarter to 30 September 2021 of 4.25 cents per share ("Q3 2021 Dividend"). The Company will pay the Q3 2021 Dividend on 28 March 2022 to those shareholders on the register on 04 March 2022.
The Company announces that Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 3.25 pence per share, based on the 14 March 2022 exchange rate of GBP 0.76356=US $1.00.
