RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM")
Managed Support Services plc confirms that the Resolutions proposed at the two Extraordinary General Meetings held today were duly passed.
The Chairman also made the following statement:
"The first quarter's trading has been satisfactorily profitable, as previously anticipated. In addition, the Board can confirm that current trading and the outlook for the first half are in line with management's expectations.
Group net cash balances as at 17 June 2008 were £5.2 million. The Board currently expects a modest improvement in net cash balances as at the end of the first half's trading to 30 September 2008".
