DETAILS
Corporate Update
During the quarter, the Company made various corporate and board changes. In early January, Nick von Schirnding transitioned from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman, while Rémy Welschinger was appointed Chief Executive Officer (see announcement dated 19 December 2025).
Rémy brings extensive financial and natural resources experience. He previously was head of Commodities Sales for Europe at Deutsche Bank and prior to that, an Executive Director in Fixed Income & Commodities at Morgan Stanley.
In line with its focus on enhancing investor relations and communications, the Company has appointed St Brides Partners as its Financial PR adviser with immediate effect. Work is also underway to update Arc's website and corporate presentation, with revised materials to be released in due course.
Projects Summary
Botswana - Virgo
Arc has commenced a ground-based geophysical programme at the Virgo Project in the Kalahari Copper Belt, situated within MMG's Zone 5 corridor, a highly prospective and rapidly developing copper district (see announcement dated 9 March 2026 for full details).
Virgo lies along a structural and stratigraphic corridor that hosts several significant copper deposits, with mineralisation typically associated with the D'kar and Ngwako Pan formations (the "DKF-NPF" contact). Previous work, including a limited IP survey in 2024 and subsequent drilling, confirmed both the presence of this contact and associated mineralisation, supporting this project's prospectivity.
The current programme comprises magnetic and induced polarisation ("IP") surveys targeting the DKF-NPF contact, extending coverage across its interpreted strike within the licence area. This includes a 295 line kilometre ("km") ground-based magnetic survey at 50 meter ("m") line spacing, with readings every 5m, alongside a 52.5 line km Gradient Array IP survey (42.5 km Gradient IP and 10 km Section IP) using a pole-dipole array with 25m electrode spacing.
The work is designed to refine the geological model, improve structural resolution and map subsurface chargeability and resistivity to support drill target definition. Surveys are being carried out by a Botswana-based contractor, with a field camp established to support operations.

Zambia - Kabompo West
Kabompo West is a large-scale, advanced exploration asset located in the Western Domes region of the Central African Copperbelt, which hosts multiple Tier 1 copper deposits.
The licence covers a highly prospective geological setting. Extensive exploration to date including geophysics, soil sampling and drilling has confirmed widespread mineralisation across a broad trend and identified multiple target areas, with results indicating system-scale potential beyond currently defined targets.
Following the cessation of the joint venture with Anglo American in 2025 (see announcement dated 20 October 2025), Arc retains control (through its 67% ownership) of Kabompo West. The Company is advancing a dual-track approach, assessing potential strategic transactions alongside a standalone development pathway. The Board is confident that the end of the joint venture does not impact the underlying prospectivity or long-term potential of the project.
The Company continues to make steady progress in resolving a number of legal cases in Zambia, through the Zambian courts, as previously disclosed (see announcements dated 15 March 2025 and 18 November 2025). Further updates will be provided as required. The Directors remain confident that a solution will be found, and the Company is also engaging from time to time with the relevant counterparties to endeavour to resolve the various legal disputes privately, although there is no guarantee of success in this regard.
