Po Valley Energy Limited publishes Prospectus and Notice of General Meeting
Saffron, the pan Euro Asian gas explorer to be renamed Coro Energy plc, announces that Po Valley Energy Limited ("PVE") has published a prospectus and notice of general meeting in relation to its proposed capital reduction as referred to in the Company's Supplementary AIM Admission Document published on 7 March 2018. PVE currently holds 100 million Saffron ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Saffron Shares") and proposes to distribute 80 million Saffron Shares to shareholders of PVE by way of a capital reduction (the "Capital Reduction"). The Capital Reduction is conditional on shareholder approval by PVE shareholders at the PVE General Meeting to be held on 23 April 2018.
