Notice of Open Market Purchase and Partial Cancellation of Notes

UK Municipal Bonds Agency Finance Company DAC a designated activity company incorporated under the laws of Ireland (the "Issuer"), hereby announces that Lancashire County Council, in its capacity as guarantor of the Notes (as defined below) (the "Guarantor"), has purchased in open market transactions an aggregate of £38,106,000 in principal amount of the £250,000,000 1.625% Guaranteed Notes due 2060 (ISIN: XS2216330162) issued by the Issuer on 26 August 2020 (the "Notes"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes, the purchased Notes will be cancelled. Following the purchases and cancellation of the Notes, the outstanding principal amount of the Notes will be £211,894,000.

The Issuer and/or the Guarantor may seek to make further purchases in open market transactions of the Notes from time to time, subject to market conditions.
