Purchase of TCS Shares

The Company announces the purchase of 416 Town Centre Securities Plc shares on 13 December 2018. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.28 per share, and were purchased in order to cover the committed requirements of the Company's Employee Share Incentive Plan (SIP) scheme.
