("Galiform plc " or "the 'Company ")

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FSA,  the Company announces that Mr. Matthew Ingle, Chief Executive Officer, yesterday purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 15.5p per share.

Following this purchase Mr. Ingle now holds an interest in 2,122,050 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.33% of the Company's share capital.
