Purchase of Shares into Trust

 

Baltic Classifieds Group PLC ('the Company') was today notified that on 25 March 2022 Fiduchi Trustees Limited acting as trustee of the Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") completed the purchase of 2,100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") at an average price of 134,62 pence each. The Shares are to be held in the EBT and are intended to be used to satisfy share awards made under the Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") or future share plans. The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees, including the executive directors of the Company, established to acquire, hold and distribute ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for the purposes of satisfying awards under the PSP and any other future share plans adopted by the Company. Further details relating to the PSP are described in the Company's prospectus published on 30 June 2021.
