Purchase of shares into the EBT
SThree plc (the "Company"), the global STEM workforce consultancy, announces that it has been notified that between 17 December 2025 and 30 December 2025 Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, as Trustee of SThree Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust (the EBT), has purchased 400,478 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company as follows:

The shares will be held in the EBT, which is a discretionary trust for the benefit of the Group's employees, and used to satisfy awards under certain employee share schemes.
Further to this purchase, the EBT holds a total of 977,032 ordinary shares which represents 0.76% of the Company's issued share capital.
