The Company announces that the Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust purchased 921,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company on 24 December 2008 at a price of 130p.
Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings plc Employee Benefit Trust now owns a total of 921,000 ordinary shares of 2p, representing 1.6 per cent. of the issued share capital.
