Purchase of Shares by Employee Trust

On 12 March ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) (the "Company") was informed by Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Zoopla Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that it had purchased 2,530,000 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Shares") for 335.6141 pence per share.

The Shares were acquired to satisfy performance payments related to previously announced acquisitions.

Following the purchase of the Shares the total number of ZPG Ordinary shares held by the Trust is 4,584,481.
