Purchase of shares by Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was notified on 7 August 2015 that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, as trustee of The Laird PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the " EBT"), had purchased 325,000 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at an average price of £3.985670 per Share.

Immediately following the above transaction, the EBT held 325,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital. It is intended that all Shares held by the EBT will be used to satisfy employee share awards.
