Purchase of shares by Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was notified on 11 August 2015 that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, as trustee of The Laird PLC Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), had purchased 175,000 ordinary shares of 28.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at an average price of £4.022242 per Share.

Immediately following the above transaction, the EBT held 500,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital. It is intended that all Shares held by the EBT will be used to satisfy employee share awards.
