Acquisition of Shares by Directors
Robert Walters plc announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive, Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer and Alan Bannatyne, Group Finance Director, have today acquired a total of 210,200 shares in the Company.
As a result of the above transactions, Mr Walters', Mr Daubeney's and Mr Bannatyne's overall shareholdings in the Company have increased, as follows:
