London, 13 April 2010 - The Company was notified on 12 April 2010, that on 8 April Stuart Morris, Non Executive Director of Mwana Africa PLC, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9.354p per share.

Following this transaction, Stuart Morris has a total beneficial interest in the Company of 500,000 shares.
