Purchase of Shares by a Director
The Company announces that Mark Britto, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, today notified the Company that he purchased a total of 400,000 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Common Share. Further details of this purchase are disclosed in the tables below.
Following this notification, Mr Britto has a beneficial holding of 8,790,393 Common Shares (which represents 3.93% of the issued share capital of the Company).
