Purchase of Shares by a Director
The Company announces that Keith Butcher, a non-executive director of the Company, has today notified the Company that he purchased a total of 100,000 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") at 73 pence per share on 29th December 2017.
Following this notification, Mr Butcher has a beneficial holding of 108,474 Ordinary Shares (which represents 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company).
